Established and managed the in-house creative studio that served AUS, UK and US.

As Associate Creative Director, I led a team of creatives to develop and execute concepts, designs, and campaigns across various platforms and mediums, including digital, print, TV, radio and social media. I used data and analytics to inform creative decisions, versioning, testing and tracking performance across multiple counterpoints, promotions and industries. I handled TV, radio, print, photography, visual merchanding and video productions. I developed the motion, social, photography and branding guidelines for the TodayTix. I conducted creative reviews and, retros, critiques to ensure that work met high quality and effectiveness whilst pushing brand standards and expression into motion and video. I pushed and guided stakeholders on new brand identities and projects outsourced to third-party vendors. Managed and tracked budgets for creative projects, ensuring costs aligned with project goals and objectives.
